The Role:

The 'one voice' of Technology Services:

  • Responsible and Accountable for the overall delivery of the JJ Vision EMEA products (on time, within budget, with quality and within SLA).
  • Delivering the service across all aspects of the JJ Vision EMEA eco system
  • Responsible and accountable to the BTL PL and their teams for service delivery in the most effective & collaborative way.
  • Deliver timely reporting on the measures which are relevant to the successful delivery of the Critical Business Platform, offering full transparency on the Build, Run and Reliability.
  • Collaborate with JJTS Application Engineering to translate functionality roadmaps into technical roadmaps and designs into the appropriate architecture to support the roadmaps.
  • Ensure the teams are defined having the right skill sets and do invest in the appropriate future skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Management:
  • Work with Business & BTL partners to understand the evolution future demand on short, medium and longterm at Strategic Platform level, utilizing both push and pull techniques.
  • Engage with technical and delivery teams to effectively schedule and source demand, utilizing stable teams.
  • Approval of pricing techniques and strategies within the realm of supported services.
  • Manage and process estimates and quotes for the services.
  • Service Delivery:
  • Accountable for the overall delivery of services across the Strategic Platform, ensuring that service performance meets or exceeds established goals / SLAs, including ontime and onbudget delivery of orders.
  • Manage a team of technology professionals with and end to end focus on the platform.
  • Provide proper level of support to team as they address issues and challenges across all services areas including escalations and blockers.
  • Effectively schedule and source demand. Oversight to ensure best delivery methodology is utilized for each initiative. Ensure capacity models are utilized where appropriate.
  • Ensure service performance meets or exceeds established goals and SLA.
  • Provide a comprehensive report on the delivery of SLAs and Services on a regular interval, to both customers an internal TS, in order to show the health and reliability and ongoing development.
  • Deliver cost and service optimizations.
  • Oversight to ensure the best delivery methodology is utilized for each initiative.
  • Provide proper level of leadership to the team as they address issues and challenges across all service areas, including escalations and blockers
  • Provide an update on ongoing initiatives and continuous process improvements
  • Maintain compliance of the service, service delivery and process at the required level.
  • Build a superior working relationship with the chapters for all capabilities that fit the development strategy.
  • Strategy and Design:
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize service costs.
  • Build and manage a regional team of technology professionals, tasked with designing and implementing regional services models in accordance with those strategies.
  • Keep abreast of process trends and leading practices occurring in the marketplace to influence future strategic direction.
  • Identify and engage with external partners in support of strategy.
  • Engage with other Solution Leads to drive Solution Lead best practices.
  • Provide people management for team members.
  • Reporting and monitoring of resource time allocation and utilization.
  • Ensuring associated compliance training is completed for all subordinates
  • Tracking time allocation and usage for all associates
  • Conducting performance and succession management reviews for associates.

Qualifications:

  • Master or Bachelor in Technology Sciences, Economics or related field preferred.
  • 5 yrs of relevant experience preferred in Healthcare industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, facilitating escalated issues to resolution.
  • Experience in leading regional projects.
  • Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively.
  • Must have good planning, organizational, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Must be able to manage portfolio, including resource leveling, budget management, and delivery to timelines; all including associated monitoring and controlling.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others at all levels within the organization.
  • Good facilitation skills and ability to work across organizations and unite diverse individuals with disparate goals and enable productive discussion and outcomes.
