At IBA, the team is looking for a skilled DS Business Analyst who specializes in SuccessFactors to join the Application Services department. Help enhance and innovate the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to contribute to our ongoing digital transformation.
Responsibilities:- Maintain HRIS solutions: Ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Requirements gathering: Gather and analyze business needs to create technical solutions.
- Functional testing support: Aid in testing processes to meet business requirements.
- Project support: Assist in SuccessFactors projects and implementations.
- Stakeholder communication: Facilitate effective communication between departments and external partners.
- Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
- Project management: Lead small projects related to SuccessFactors solutions.
- Continuous learning: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HRIS solutions.
- Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of SuccessFactors system configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience in implementing Learning Management Systems is also valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French proficiency is a bonus.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
