Senior Planning Specialist Foragers and Large

Zorgen voor een correcte en stabiele planning van Foragers en balenpersen voor de volledige planningshorizon op basis van maandelijkse S&OP-input en rekening houdend met alle mogelijke productie
- en commerciële beperkingen.
**Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden**:
- PO-Cycle
Maandelijks MOP en productieprogramma opstellen en bijhouden. Te beoordelen en goed te keuren door de Plant Manager en hoger management. Dit is de basis voor werklast
- en personeelsberekeningen voor de productie. Ook de basis voor de timing van technische releases en input voor de wekelijkse productieplanning.
- Product launch
Planning maken en bijhouden voor lanceringen, inclusief timing van Prebuild/4P/Job 1 productie. Korte follow-up met Launch Manager.
- Prognose
Wekelijks controleren van de forecast output (FORE-systeem) en oplossen van verloren hoeveelheden om een volledige en correcte forecast te garanderen voor de volledige planningshorizon. Plan kritieke onderdelen extra om problemen met artikelen met een lange levertijd of nieuwe opties te voorkomen.
- Orderverzameling
Vertalen van OKTS-cijfers uit het AOM-systeem naar inline-toewijzingen om ervoor te zorgen dat orders voor de volledige horizon worden toegewezen met inachtneming van de productiebeperkingen. Regelmatige follow-up van de orderontvangst om ervoor te zorgen dat de vaste periode wordt gevuld met marktorders en dat de planning in deze periode wordt gestabiliseerd. Nauwe follow-up met alle regio's en met de productie. Orders opnieuw indelen en toewijzingen aanpassen om de commerciële en productiebeperkingen op elkaar af te stemmen. Ervoor zorgen dat alle systemen gealigneerd zijn en dezelfde cijfers reflecteren.
- Orderwijzigingen controleren
Goedkeuren of afwijzen van alle ontvangen Order Change Requests. Doorlooptijd van kritieke onderdelen respecteren en het beste compromis vinden tussen commerciële aanvragen en productiebeperkingen.
- Product Offering Change Requests (POCR)
Goedkeuren of afwijzen van alle engineering wijzigingen, aanpassen van orders wanneer wijzigingen met terugwerkende kracht zijn.
- Budgetgegevens
Aanleveren en onderhouden van inputvolumes en configuraties voor het jaarlijkse budget.
- Orderanalyse
Tariefanalyses maken voor inkoop, expeditie en engineering, controles uitvoeren in geval van verkeerde orders of PRP-fouten, herwerkacties afhandelen.

- Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden. Overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen zijn vereist, moet dingen voor elkaar kunnen krijgen.
- Kennis van en ervaring met bedrijfsplanningssystemen. (SAP / LOC / AOM/FORE / /SPP / PRP ).
- Bekend met de landbouw
- en bouwmachinesector en CNH-producten.
- Beheersing van MS Access, MS Excel en het kunnen werken met grote hoeveelheden gegevens is een pluspunt.
- Masterdiploma is vereist of gelijkwaardige werkervaring (in totaal 5 jaar) in productie, business, financiën en/of supply chain management.
