**Functieomschrijving**:

- Speel je graag een cruciale rol in een goed verloop van projecten? Je houdt ervan om de drijvende kracht te zijn in de voorbereiding van de uitrol van de glasvezelprojecten. Dan zijn wij binnen het project Wyre op zoek naar jou_

**Functie**:
De Work Planner staat in voor de optimale voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden, gelinkt aan de uitrol van glasvezel projecten in een bepaalde cluster. Hierbij sta je in voor de operationele planning en opvolging ter ondersteuning van de Site Supervisor en de partners op de diverse werven.

**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je neemt een coordinerende rol op bij de opstart van nieuwe werven. Je zorgt dat bij opstart de interne stakeholders goed geïnformeerd zijn omtrent de doelen en verwachtingen. Van zodra de werken in de cluster zijn opgestart, neem je deel aan de operationele werkvergaderingen en stem je met de interne shared services (design en permit
- afdeling) af voor een vlotte operationele voortgang.
- Je houdt de inventaris bij en anticipeert op de benodigde materialen. Indien nodig doe je de bestelling van het materiaal zodanig dat het tijdig klaargezet kan worden.
- Je bereidt enerzijds de werkmap tijdig en grondig voor, maar anderzijds onderhoud en vervolledig je deze doorheen de uitvoering van het project zoals bijvoorbeeld uittrekstaten, benodigd materieel, as built...
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de operationele planning en de administratieve verantwoordelijkheden die daar mee gepaard gaan. Dit omvat het in orde brengen van het ontwerp en het inplannen van de benodigde resources voor de montage (uitvoering, personeel en materiaal).
- Je berekent, controleert en ondersteunt de uitgevoerde werken en ziet toe op de technische waarborging. Je doet hierbij een wekelijkse rapportering van de kerncijfers alsook van de voortgang van de uitvoering van de werven.

**Vereisten**:
**De ideale kandidaat**:
Je bent stressbestendig en bent in staat **snel te schakelen indien uitdagingen of veranderingen zich voordoen**. Je bent** f**lexibel op vlak van takenpakket,** je stopt enerzijds de handen mouwen om materiaal in het magazijn klaar te zetten en te bestellen, maar anderzijds zit je ook achter het bureau om de werkmappen op te maken. In dit alles, neem je** **initiatief** en** ziet oplossingen i.p.v. problemen**.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds gewerkt in een omgeving met signalisatie-, civiele of synergie werken.
- Je hebt kennis van stockbeheer en kan bij voorkeur ook werken met een heftruck.
- Je hebt sterk communicatieve vaardigheden. Je communiceert open en beheerst hierbij de Nederlandse taal perfect.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Word en Excel). Je bent snel weg met nieuwe toepassingen of tools.
- Je houdt ervan om werkmappen samen te stellen en via diverse kanalen de informatie te verzamelen. Je hebt oog voor detail en hoge mate van accuraatheid.
