Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een real estate developer die ons team komt versterken. Je bent daarbij een spilfiguur tussen onze afdelingen aankoop, verkoop en uitvoering.

**Profiel**:
**Wat kan je van je job verwachten?**
- Je wordt betrokken bij het aankoopproces van residentiële woonprojecten.
- Je denkt na over ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden voor gronden.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opstart en de opvolging van stedenbouwkundige vergunningsaanvragen en procedures. Je zorgt voor een goede planning en opvolging ervan. Je hebt hiervoor nauw contact met architecten, landmeters, nutsmaatschappijen, stedenbouwkundige diensten, stabiliteitsingenieurs en andere studiebureaus.
- Je staat in voor de voorbereiding van technische en commerciële dossiers. Je bepaalt tot in detail hoe een ontwikkeling gerealiseerd moet worden, rekening houdend met bestaande randvoorwaarden.
- Je gaat op zoek naar nieuwe technieken en materialen die kunnen gebruikt worden bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen.

- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen (Burg. Ir.).
- Je hebt de nodige affiniteit met de bouw.
- Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie van jouw taken.
- Je hebt kennis van relevante en beschikbare bouwmaterialen en -technieken.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en respecteert deadlines.
- Je hebt een kritische geest en kan probleemoplossend denken.
- Je analyseert en coördineert graag verschillende belanghebbenden in een bouwproces.
