About Our Client:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of mechanical pipe connection solutions.

They develop technologies and provide services that address the most complex piping challenges faced by engineers, owners, contractors and distributors.

Due to stable growth over the past period, they are currently looking for additional reinforcement in the department. You will join a varied team where everyone does their bit.

Job Description:

You coordinate and follow-up projects and procedures from start to finish:

  • Analyze the achievability of a project by going over the contract, conidtions,... in collaboration with your colleagues from Sales, Legal, Finance and more
  • Prepare the whole workflow during the project: planning, organize kickoff meeting and followup
  • Followup closely on deviations of the timeline and communication with all affected parties
  • Prepare and followup of quotes and orders
  • Maintain the internal database
  • Prepare management reports
  • Give trainings on projects and more

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor or master degree in a related field: trade sciences, economics, management, law, sales,...
  • Minimal of 2 years of experience in a commercial environment or project management
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Team player
  • Good English knowledge
