De afdeling Business Insurance Development werkt binnen Belfius Insurance specifiek voor zelfstandigen en kmo's. De medewerkers zijn er verantwoordelijk voor de animatie en technisch-commerciële ondersteuning van het distributiekanaal van de Belfius Bank-kantoren. Ze ondersteunen hen zowel bij het afsluiten als bij het beheer van de verzekeringsoplossingen die worden aangeboden aan klanten in het bovenvermelde segment, zowel voor Leven als voor Niet-Leven, om een globale klantbenadering te kunnen voorstellen.
In dat kader is Belfius Insurance op zoek naar een Business Insurance Specialist om onze groeiambities te helpen ondersteunen.

De job in een notendop

Als technisch-commercieel adviseur begeleid je de ontwikkeling van de verschillende medewerkers op het terrein (Business Insurance Market Manager en Business Insurance Experts), zodat ze steeds zelfstandiger kunnen opereren op het vlak van afsluiting en acceptatie van de Businessverzekeringen. Als specialist ben je in staat om complexere vraagstukken aan te pakken en specifieke problemen in belangrijke dossiers op te lossen. Als commercieel medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stimuleren en behalen van de productie- en rendementsdoelstellingen.

minimaal een diploma niet-universitair hoger onderwijs in rechten, financiën of economie hebt, of aantoonbare vergelijkbare ervaring; minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in het verzekeringssegment voor ondernemingen hebt (Businessverzekeringen Leven en Niet-Leven); een goede verzekeringstechnische kennis van de verschillende takken in het Business-segment hebt; een goede onderhandelaar bent die een evenwicht kan vinden tussen verschillende belangen (klant, rendabiliteit, groei); Franstalig bent en goed Nederlands begrijpt in een professionele context.
