**Wat doet een advocaat Data, Technology & Entertainment bij ons?**:

- Je bent gebeten door data en technologie en wil mee je schouders zetten voor de verdere uitbouw van het team DT & E binnen ons kantoor.
- Je werkt voor cliënten en adviseert hen op proactieve en pragmatische wijze op het vlak van privacy, IP, nieuwe technologieën, media,voor verschillende cliënten uit de bedrijfswereld, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
- Je zal je skills kunnen gebruiken om cliënten bij te staan in complexe GDPR implementaties, bij vragen rond regelgeving, merkaanvragen, contractonderhandelingen, enz.
- Je verdedigt hen indien nodig voor de Geschillenkamer of bevoegde rechtbank. Je organiseert en stuurt een dossier van bij de start tot aan nazorg bij de cliënt. Dankzij jou gebeurt dit alles binnen de vooropgestelde deadline.
- Je werkt in de eerste plaats in ons team DT & E, samen met andere advocaten. Daarbij is het de bedoeling om op korte termijn een grote zelfstandigheid aan de dag te leggen.
- Jouw natuurlijke scanner houdt de digitale actualiteit in de gaten en je denkt mee na over nieuwe e-tools die ons kunnen helpen om op een innovatieve manier cliënten te helpen.

**Wat je kan**:

- Je hebt een** Master in de rechten**.
- We zoeken** iemand die in de materies van privacy, IP, IT, media, enz. wil groeien en die bij voorkeur een ondernemingsmentaliteit heeft**.
- Een hands-on mentaliteit, communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en deadlines respecteren, zijn voor jou geen troeven, maar eerder evidentie.
- Je bent gedreven, strategisch, enthousiast en resultaatsgericht.
- Datamining, pixels, en privacy by design zijn geen vreemde woorden voor jou. Je voelt je als een vis in het water op het internet.
- Your English is flawless en ook in het Nederlands spel je zonder fouten. Je kan je punt maken in de taal van Molière.
- Verliefd op sport kan in dit team harten winnen.
