**Omschrijving**:
Als Lab Analyst Preformulation speel je een **essentiële rol in het begrijpen van de fysicochemische eigenschappen van geneesmiddelen en het ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling van nieuwe geneesmiddelen**.

Je **ontwerpt**, **plant**, **voert** uit, **interpreteert** en **rapporteert** **experimenten** om inzicht te krijgen in eigenschappen zoals oplosbaarheid, intrinsieke oplossnelheid, pKa, LogP en andere relevante parameters. Daarnaast coördineer en voer je experimenteel werk uit met betrekking tot biofarmaceutische karakterisering ter ondersteuning van de ontwikkeling van geneesmiddelen.

Je biedt **ondersteuning voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe geneesmiddelconcepten**, zoals nanosuspensies, vaste dispersies en oplossingen, door middel van analytische karakterisering en screenings op hoge doorvoer.

Je neemt deel aan de **evaluatie van nieuwe analytische technieken** op het gebied van preformulatiewetenschappen, geautomatiseerde workflows en biorelevante testen. Dit doe je zowel binnen het team van onderzoekers als in samenwerking met externe partijen.

**Profiel**
- We zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met een **Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma** in Farmaceutische Wetenschappen, Chemie, Bio-ingenieur, Technologie of een gerelateerde wetenschap
- **Afgestudeerden komen ook in aanmerking, indien je beschikt over kennis en practica van de gevraagde analysetechnieken**:

- Je hebt ervaring met relevante technieken voor de fysicochemische karakterisering van geneesmiddelen en geneesmiddelproducten, zoals **UPLC**, **UV**, **oplossing** en **oplosbaarheid**.
- Ervaring met of interesse in geautomatiseerde platforms voor hoge doorvoer, zoals Hamilton/Chemspeed, is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een **lab-georiënteerd persoon** met een **'can-do' mentaliteit**, sterk gemotiveerd en beschikt over uitstekende **interpersoonlijke**, **communicatieve** en **samenwerkingsvaardigheden**.
- Je bent een effectieve teamspeler die goed functioneert in een matrixorganisatie en in staat is toegewezen taken te voltooien.
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het **Nederlands** en **Engels** zijn vereist
