Do you have a Master's degree in engineering and less than two years' professional experience?

Then why not engage in this traineeship in order to improve your technical know-how and managerial skills?

This programme gives you the chance to help manage our infrastructure, i.e. maintaining and developing the grid as well as connecting electrical facilities to the grid.

You will follow a two-year individual training programme.

For periods of three to eight months, you will shadow teams of technicians specialising in different areas, such as high voltage, cables and lines, low voltage, and regional dispatching (North/South).

This two-year programme aims to give you the technical and managerial skills you will need to later manage field teams, lead infrastructure projects or take on technical support roles.

Your Profile

You hold a degree in industrial or civil engineering in a technical field (preferably electromechanics).

You are fluent in French and have a good command of Dutch

You can work independently and come up with creative solutions.

You have an analytical mind and excellent organisational and planning skills.

You cope well with stress.

You communicate assertively.

Location

You will have to work in different areas in Belgium.
