The tasks of the intern include:
- Reporting of logistic and financial KPIs
- SAP Order management
- Change management: Distributing documents via customer portal
- Logistic claims : registration and follow up
- Customer specific requirements : Registration and followup
- Project work
- General support for sales and logistics team
Qualifications:
- You are currently a business
student with, by preference, specialization in Logistics - Languages: fluent in English; German is an asset
- Very good computer skills in MS Office (f.e. Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint); SAP is an asset
- Very good analytical and communication skills
- Organized and structured problem solver
- Proactive towards process improvements
- Ability to work independently and with deadlines
If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College and you have to do a mandatory internship you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.
If you are a student enrolled in a University/College outside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 977,50 / month.
- In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.

Duration: 6 months
