Als Store Manager:
- Samen met je team adviseer je klanten over het meest geschikte product voor hen en begrijp je hun behoeften ;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bevoorrading van de winkel ;
- Je organiseert het werk van het verkoopteam en plant planningen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team altijd gemotiveerd is ;
- Als kassier behandel je de betalingen van klanten ;
- Samen met je team behaal je de gestelde doelen ;
- Je werkt van Maandag tot en met Zaterdag, met één vrije dag doordeweeks.
**The Successful Applicant**:
1) Je hebt een diploma of certificaat op een van de volgende gebieden:
- Diëtetiek
- Natuurgeneeskundige
- Esthetiek
- Apothekersassistent
- Andere medisch of pharma gerelateerde certificaat
2) Je spreekt Nederlands ;
3) Je hebt **ten minste één jaar ervaring** als teamleider of assistent-winkelmanager ;
4) Je woont in de buurt van Knokke.
