**Mission proposée****:
- Le Team Lead NOC est responsable de coordonner la gestion opérationnelle des incidents techniques, de sa détection à sa résolution, afin de garantir le service au client final, le délai et la qualité des résolutions, ainsi que la communication.
- A cette fin il/elle:
- est responsable de s'assurer de la cascade de la connaissance des systèmes, process, outils, organisation des teams, sein de ses équipes, et de leur bonne utilisation
- s'assure du suivi des KPI, du respect des targets en temps réel (et prends les mesures adéquates) et en post-analyse (et se coordonne avec Head of NOC pour les mesures à prendre)
- optimise et modifie les process qui touchent uniquement le NOC
- est le 1er niveau d'escalade et de garde pour tout les clients interne et B2B
- participe à des projets end to end ad hoc
- engage, planifie, organise, dirige, motive, développe, évalue et contrôle les ressources humaines
- Personne de confiance pour les réquisitoires/polices
- Création et remonté structurelle de tableau de bord pour le pilotage de l'activité
**Profil****:
- Diplôme Bachelier technique
- Expérience de 3-5 ans dans un rôle au sein d'un NOC
- Très bonne connaissance de la méthodologie de gestion ITIL
- Bonne connaissance de la technologie en général.
- Capacité de Leadership & Management
- Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler dans les délais sous la pression opérationnelle.
