Heel concreet spits je je toe op het ontwikkelen van **strategisch onderbouwde communicatieplannen**, het lanceren van **creatieve strategieën** en het bedenken van conceptuele communicatie-campagnes en dit alles vooral inzake **Sustainability**

Concreet zal je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:
- Een **creatieve en authentieke communicatie-strategie** ontwikkelen om de sustainability realisaties van AXA in de kijker te zetten via een 360 ° gestructureerde communicatie approach.
- ** Innovatieve initiatieven** lanceren (wervelende nieuwsartikels schrijven, attractieve Social Media posts, leuke filmpjes, vlogs...) om onze team-realisaties te promoten bij interne en externe stakeholders en dit op een authentieke manier.
- De communicatie opvolging van verschillende sustainability projecten in nauwe samenwerking met **de Sustainability en AXA Hearts in Action Experts**.
- ** Engagementactie**s leiden voor de interne communicatie-community. De voortdurende afstemming op en naleving van de communicatieregels en wereldwijde normen van de Groep handhaven.
- Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuws door te handelen als **interne journalist** en gebruik te maken van onze newsroom governance.
- We verwachten dat je **positioneringsplannen** opmaakt en uitrolt voor Executives om hun interne en externe blootstelling en uitstraling op Social Media te verbeteren. Dit betekent ook : deze plannen dagdagelijks uitvoeren, teksten schrijven, images zoeken, optreden als expert ter zake, de betrokken executives begeleiden en coachen in hun Social Media positionering, en diensten verlenen als end-to-end campaign manager. Het imago van AXA promoten en onze **reputatie** te beschermen
Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met collega's van het topmanagement, de business, marketing, distributie en HR op het vlak van interne en externe communicatie.
**Jouw Profiel**
Vijf redenen waarom wij jou willen:
- Je bent een **creatieve digital native** die alles in het werk stelt om onvergetelijke communicatie-ervaringen te creëren en uit te werken.
- Je beheerst heel goed algemene communicatievaardigheden : een vlotte enthousiasmerende pen, **newshunting**, **copywriting, creatie van video's **(journalist en editor)**, **speechwriting en het ontwikkelen van innovatieve** Social Media content.**
- Je kan enthousiasme opwekken en vlot communiceren - zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je hebt een diploma in communicatie en **een eerste ervaring** in verschillende (minstens 3) van de volgende domeinen: interne communicatie, externe communicatie, social media content, reputatiemanagement, crisiscommunicatie, creatief design, copywriting, marketing, employer branding...
- Je beschikt over zeer goed ontwikkelde sociale vaardigheden. Teamspirit en een positieve houding zijn uiterst belangrijk. Je bent een geboren netwerker en kunt **gemakkelijk relaties opbouwen**. Je bent diplomatisch aangelegd.
