**Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en gemotiveerde Allround Carrossier / Smart repair technician voor BMW in Wijnegem.**

**Functie**:
Als allround Carrossier ben je vooral fier op het resultaat van je werk, elke schade is anders en vraagt de nodige inzichten en expertise om deze te herstellen.

Onze carrosserie concessies zijn uitgerust met Smart Boxes. Het voertuig wordt in deze box geplaatst en komt er pas weer uit als het hersteld is. Voor het herstellen van kleine krassen en deuken gebruiken we de allernieuwste technieken en producten. Zo zijn we in staat om sneller, goedkoper en duurzamer te werken.

We zoeken een Smart Technician (Allround Carrossier) die instaat voor:

- Het beschermen en intact houden van het voertuig zodat enkel het te behandelen oppervlak zichtbaar is
- Technisch polijsten/ schuren van wagens
- Uitvoeren van touch up lichte schades
- Uitdeuken zonder lakschade via de Paintless Dent Repair techniek (PDR)
- Multispot-techniek voor deuken met lakschade
- Glue pull (Kleeftechnieken) voor PDR repairs.
- Spot repair spuittechnieken

Als voorbereider sta je in voor:

- Het voorbereiden van nieuwe onderdelen
- Beschadigingen en deuken herstellen op onderdelen van metaal en alumium
- Plamuren, uitschuren en reinigen
- Onderdelen afplakken
- Grondverf aanbrengen
- Hanteren van drooginstallaties voor grondverf

**Profiel**:
Je bent de kandidaat met een passie voor wagens die nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werkt en van elke beschadigde wagen weer een pareltje maakt.

Je hebt bij voorkeur een opleiding als Carrossier genoten of een reeds een eerste werkervaring achter de rug.
Heb je echter een passie voor wagens en bent technisch wat onderlegd, dan bieden wij graag de kans om al werkend de job als carrossier aan te leren.

Bovendien ben je woonachtig in de regio en snel beschikbaar om ons team te versterken.

Je bent een enthousiaste collega die bijdraagt aan de dynamische teamspirit.
