Als Nike Store Athlete (verkoopmedewerker) is het je missie om een hoogwaardige consumentenervaring te bieden door de expertise te tonen om individuele behoeften door te nemen en aan de hand van Nike-producten en -diensten een volledige oplossing aan te bieden en de consument te geven wat hij/zij nodig heeft om aansluiting te vinden, te trainen en te concurreren met de kennis om zijn/haar doelen te bereiken.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Vaardigheden in klantenservice, basisverkooptechnieken en productkennis gebruiken om de klant bij het juiste product te brengen en de verkoop te stimuleren
- Een band tussen de consument en het merk opbouwen door een uitstekende service aan te bieden en de merkverhalen af te stemmen op de retailomgeving
- Kennis van verschillende store-afdelingen onderhouden en beschikbaar zijn om de kassa te gebruiken voor reguliere transacties, verzend
- en ontvangsttaken uit te voeren, de winkelvoorraad aan te vullen, schoon te maken en waar nodig visuele displays op te zetten
- Een bron van productkennis zijn voor consumenten en beginnende werknemers. Op zoek gaan naar opleidingsmogelijkheden om een gevorderde of gespecialiseerde kennis te ontwikkelen over verkoop, Nike-producten en -cultuur en verkoop
- en servicetechnieken
- De leads, senior werknemers en managers helpen bij het opleiden van beginnende werknemers
- Loss prevention bijstaan door een proactieve klantenservice te bieden.
- Bij voorkeur een of meer jaar ervaring in klantenservice en/of retail
- Aantoonbare passie voor het merk Nike
- Kan wiskundige basisberekeningen als optellen, aftrekken, vermenigvuldigen en delen uitvoeren
- Kan goed Engels (of een andere relevante taal) spreken en schrijven
- Kan meerdere taken op zich nemen in een snel veranderende omgeving
- Kan op een vruchtbare manier met anderen in een teamgerichte omgeving werken en een uitstekende klantenservice bieden
