Together with the Director Brand Manager, he/she will be responsible for brand building activities to increase brand awareness, brand value & profitability leading to solid growth for our premium own brands in domestic, online and export territories.
Objective:
Increasing the brand value, market share, planning, monitoring and evaluation of brands
Location:
La Hulpe ─ Mission starts as soon as possible
- Liaise with director marketing and other managers to understand marketing goals
- Monitoring and analyzing brands market situation to gain relevant information including competitors, market share, distribution, volumes, pricing and target markets
- Have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity
- Defining together with the Director Brand Manager new opportunities for brands development, innovations and renovations
- Initiating recommendations with regards to improve market brand positions, that is portfolio, price positioning, advertising and promo activities
- Being responsible for implementing strategic and commercial Brand development plan across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands under guidance of the Senior Brand Manager
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Collaboration with external and internal partners for the development of effective through-the-line activations
- Communication with Marketing & Sales Teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Adapting global brand tools (customer and consumers materials, promo-activities, ads);
- Developing information materials, product presentations for customers and sales teams
- Developing materials related to new products launch - Responsible for packaging creation
- Together with the Director Brand Manager, oversee advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Work with others to ensure specified budgets are met
- Together with the Director Brand Manager following & understanding business performances against annual plan and suggestion of corrective actions
Main Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Marketing, Management);
- 5+ years of experience in brand/product management in B2B and B2C;
- Experience in trade marketing would be an advantage;
- Knowledge B2C marketing
- Willing to be actively involved in the operational details and daily tasks of the business
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking;
- Data-driven mindset and consumer-centric mentality
- Excellent project management and communication skills;
- Thinking creatively to solve problems - Agile problem solving skills
- Results driven and impact oriented
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure
- Flexible, energetic, passionate and self-driven
- Ability to meet deadlines
