Ons Supply Chain team zet elke dag alles op alles om te zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte levering aan onze klanten. Als Supply Chain Excellence Manager trek jij de kar om onze supply chain processen te optimaliseren met als ultieme doel een excellente klantenbeleving. Samen met je team en in nauwe samenwerking met de andere collega's van onder andere Sales, Logistiek, Aankoop en IT werk je projectmatig en toon je leiderschap om dit te realiseren.
**Zo ziet je job eruit**:
- Het optimaliseren van bestaande processen binnen supply chain in continuous improvement projecten. Startend bij de grondige analyse van een proces tot het eindigen met end-to-end testen en het documenteren van de gerealiseerde optimalisatie.
- Het implementeren van nieuwe processen en/of systemen door de leiding te nemen in lopende en nieuwe/te definiëren projecten: opvolgen, uitwerken, ondersteunen, communicatie naar verschillende departementen en implementatie. Ervoor zorgen dat deze nieuwe processen/systemen aansluiten op onze bestaande werkzaamheden en de bijhorende softwarepakketten staat hierbij centraal.
- Het verbinden van jouw Supply Chain Excellence Team (4 FTE's sterk) met het operationele team. Je bent dus nauw betrokken in het begrijpen van de behoeften van de operatoren in ons warehouse en je vertaalt deze naar opdrachten voor jouw team.
- Je stelt projectplannen op en houdt systeemdocumentatie en procedures up-to-date. Wij beschouwen een project pas als afgerond wanneer de nodige documentatie voor iedereen duidelijk is. Op regelmatige basis koppel je terug rond projectstatus van de lopende projecten.
- Je beheert het WMS (Warehouse Management Systeem) en onze warehouse automatisatie. Bij issues zorg je ervoor dat deze systemen zo snel mogelijk weer normaal verlopen zodat onze klanten er geen hinder van ondervinden.
- Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Director.
**Deze kennis en ervaring breng je mee**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een logistieke, bedrijfskundige of IT richting.
- Je hebt een gedegen ervaring met supply chain/logistieke en/of commerciële processen.
- Je hebt affiniteit met logistieke softwaresystemen en automatisering.
- Je hebt affiniteit met functionele analyses en procesanalyses.
- Project management is niet nieuw voor jou.
- Je bent analytisch en communicatief en werkt probleemoplossend.
- Je bent klantgericht en een echte teamplayer.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het MS Office pakket. Analyse tools zoals PowerBI en/of Qlikview kan je gebruiken.
