Currently, we are seeking a down-to-earth yet forward-thinking director to shape the future of our rapidly growing Business & Analytics domain.
As our new dirctor, you will:
Take complete end-to-end ownership for nurturing team growth, client management, and overall advancement of the Business & Analytics domain, encompassing P&L responsibilities;
Have full responsibility for successful and high-quality delivery for our client, with a focus on driving commercial growth within the domain;
Foster an authentic and down-to-earth leadership approach, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to inspire and coach a team of consultants;
Take on a key position within the management team, actively shaping the future strategies and spearheading growth initiatives in our Business & Analytics domain and across the entire of Datashift;
Demonstrate a deep passion for Business & Analytics, staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the field;
Are the ambassador of Datashift. With your authenticity and genuine passion, you effortlessly inspire and lead people.
Your qualifications
10 to 15 years of consulting experience, including 5 years in leadership roles with commercial responsibilities and client management expertise;
Strong background in effectively managing and optimizing P&L responsibilities;
Proven commercial track record in a growth-oriented environment, with demonstrated success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
