**De functie inhoud**:
Je staat continu in contact met kandidaten en klanten, zowel telefonisch, als face-to-face bij ons op kantoor of bij de klant.
Je houdt ervan om een lange termijn relatie uit te bouwen met jouw kandidaten en klanten.
Je begeleidt jouw kandidaat tijdens het hele traject: vanaf het eerste telefonische contact, over het interview bij ons op kantoor tot en met het begeleiden van het sollicitatiegesprek bij de klant.
Je verzorgt de administratie die bij jouw job komt kijken.
Je komt terecht in een werkomgeving met veel flexibiliteit en dynamiek.

Je bent in het bezit van een bachelorsdiploma of je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug.
Communicatief sta je sterk in je schoenen.
Je bent empathisch en maakt gemakkelijk connectie met mensen.

Je wil ownership nemen over het volledige rekruteringsproces.
