Je komt terecht in een internationaal team, waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor het facturatieproces van de activiteiten in België.



Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Billing Manager:

  • Je coördineert en superviseert de facturatieafdeling. Je zorgt voor een correcte en nauwkeurige facturering voor alle geleverde diensten;
  • Mentoring, training, het geven van feedback, het uitvoeren van jaarlijkse prestatie-evaluaties;
  • Configuratie en beheer van de factureringsmodule, beheer van klantcontractopstelling, toewijzing en facturering;
  • Je behandelt vragen en zorgen van klanten, voert passende follow-up uit bij eventuele problemen of fouten en lost deze op;
  • Samenwerken met de commerciële afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat nieuwe commerciële overeenkomsten correct worden vertaald in de klantfactureringssjablonen;
  • Rapportage van de dagelijkse operaties / controles van de afdeling;
  • Je ontwikkelt, schrijft, monitort en onderhoudt operationele procedures en richtlijnen voor het team zodat het optimaal kan functioneren;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor automatiseringsprojecten en identificeert kansen voor verdere automatisering;
  • Je neemt de leiding in ad-hocprojecten, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de gestelde deadlines worden gehaald;
  • Je rapporteert direct aan de CFO.


Requirements
  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Als leider stimuleer je de groei en ontwikkeling van je team;
  • De Billing Manager moet strakke deadlines kunnen halen, multitasken en uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden hebben;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • Goede kennis van de luchtvrachtsector/logistiek is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent klantgericht.

Requirements
Bij voorkeur een bachelor/master in Management of Sales, Business of al een eerste werkervaring op een commerciële dienst Nederlands beheer je zeer goed, met Engels kan je vlot mee overweg en je hebt een goede basiskennis van het Frans Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld, van actieve verwerving van klanten word je enthousiast Je kan vlot tewerk met Excel & Word Naast het samenwerken in het team kan je ook vlot zelfstandig aan de slag gaan
