**Functie**
- Met jouw pragmatische insteek en kennis van zaken ga je verder bouwen aan portfoliomanagement.
- Hierbij ligt de focus op de organisatiedoelen die we hebben opgesteld middels de OKR-methode en de projecten die er aan bijdragen die doelen te bereiken.
- Als portfoliomanager ondersteun je onder andere het MT met het vormgeven van een haalbaar projectenportfolio en beheerste projectcyclus.
- Jij bent graag en goed in contact met de stakeholders, die werkzaam zijn binnen de gehele organisatie, om van hen te horen wat daar speelt en om hen mee te nemen in alle facetten rondom portfoliomanagement.

**Functie-eisen**
- professioneel of academisch werk
- en denkniveau met relevante ervaring als portfoliomanager
- mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
- ervaring met verschillende relevante methodieken zoals MoP, Obeya en bij voorkeur SAFE
- kennis van
- en ervaring met digitaliseringstrajecten is een welkome aanvulling
- organiserend vermogen, advies
- en coaching vaardigheden.
- je bent een netwerker en verbinder, resultaatgericht en weet anderen gemakkelijk te overtuigen van je ideeën, standpunten
- en plannen met behoud van draagvlak en acceptatie;
- goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

**Aanbod**
- keuze van locatie tussen Arnhem of Ieper en thuis als je wilt. Vanwege Covid-19 nu deels vanuit huis
- met een contract voor 32-40 uur per week (eerst voor 1 jaar met uitzicht op vast dienstverband)
