These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Supervise / manage day to day of support Team (EM/Fluid and project in production area)
- Lead a team of technicians (3 FTE) and collaborate with production colleagues
- Responsible to implement the Operational Excellence Process in his area/ group, including TIER meetings, KPI definition and follow up, problem solving, etc.
- Ensure compliance of the operations with GMP and Authorities requirements. Monitor quality of the production in close collaboration with QC and take corrective actions when necessary
- Act as a key expert in your discipline (EM/Fluid and project management) between the different department in HAV Unit and other services (as BeEM / Supply / QC / QA / RA)
- Coordinate specific projects of improvement to ensure quality, efficiency, productivity, security and simplification
- Represent your activities in internal and external audits/inspections
- Organize and monitor performance progress efficiency of the facility through Key Performance Indicators related to Security, Quality, Budget and Delivery.
- Provide technical support, mentoring and coaching to direct reports in order support their day to day operations and difficulties
- Manages and documents deviations and CAPA by integrating changes to manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- You have a Master's degree in Engineering, Bio Engineering, Science-related (Chemistry, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment and in a supervisory role in GMP environment
- Experience in a leadership role (team of minimum 3 FTE)
- Fluent in French
