Uperio België, gevestigd in Beringen, is ontstaan in 1956 onder de naam Arcomet. Als toeleverancier van de steenkoolmijnen groeide de firma de afgelopen decennia uit tot een van de grootste torenkraanverhuurders in de wereld. Naast de succesvolle verhuuractiviteit, is Uperio/Arcomet al sinds 1968 producent van een performant gamma robuuste snelmontagekranen. Dankzij de veelzijdigheid en de aanwezige expertise staat Uperio/Arcomet sinds jaar en dag bekend als dé referentie binnen de bouwsector en dit tot ver over de Belgische landsgrenzen heen. Sedert 2019 vormt Arcomet samen met Matebat, de Franse marktleider in distributie en verhuur van kranen, de groep Uperio. Wegens deze groei zijn wij voor hen op zoek naar: Lead Buyer

**Functie**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en beheren van het leveranciersbestand vanuit een strategisch en operationeel ondersteuningsperspectief en het stimuleren van de beste waarde van leveranciers (kwaliteit, levering en kosten)
- Je zorgt voor de inkoop van Parts en Services in België, UK, Duitsland en Zweden (34M€/j)
- Je definieert en voert projecten uit op gebied van kosten, ontwikkeling en beheer van leveranciers, strategie, processen en juridische kwesties
- Je identificeert en werkt nauw samen met alle BU's om de mogelijkheden van de groep maximaal te benutten
- Je rapporteert aan de Purchasing and Supply Chain Director

**Profiel**
- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma in een technische richting en 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Ervaring in complexe onderhandelingen, netwerken en strategische aankopen
- Goede kennis van sourcing
- en aankooptechnieken
- Leidinggevende capaciteiten binnen een matrixorganisatie
- Je bent analytisch, resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig, gestructureerd en overtuigend
- Nederlands en Engels beheers je uitstekend, kennis van Frans en Duits is een plus
- Je bent bereid veelvuldig te reizen binnen Europa (30 tot 50%)
