WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
At the Nike European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal near Antwerp (BE), we play a crucial role in the athlete's experience with supply chain as our strength.

In Nike's Supply Chain Flow organization, our aim is to deliver unforgettable athlete experiences by optimizing, and orchestrating product flow through our multi-node network, to Nike consumers and customers.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Your goal will be to pro-actively steer and optimize available network capacities through the E2E supply chain within the month so to best serve the One Nike Sports Marketplace.
You will Adapt plans and respond to shifts in supply and demand, and coordinate across the interdependent operations team, bringing together the right decision makers to deliver on our consumer promise and help Nike reach the monthly shipping targets.
You will be heavily engaged in moments where operational realities have the risk to impact Nike's ability to deliver the strategic objectives for the month and/ or quarter, with moments like Cyber week or last years Covid inventory bubble as key examples.
To guarantee we make these moments an operational success you will build, align and operationalize clear playing fields that provide operational priorities and deliver through an aligned logistics flow.
Together with the team you own the solutioning across multiple teams between EHQ and ELC, to make the best use of logistics capacities to serve the One Nike Sports Marketplace.
With your data led approach you will play a pivotal role in redefining our team to support fact-based decision making, powered by analytics.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You collaborate with different partners in our ELC campus, our European, global headquarters and external partners often in senior positions.
What you bring:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant Supply chain experience ideally in a global matrix environment. Having more years of experience is an asset.
- You have a practical understanding of the role the E2E supply chain plays in supporting the One Nike Market Place.
- You have successfully built and led (virtual) teams and team values, team development is at the heart of everything you do.
- You are open to introduce new ways of working and integrating agile.
- Comfortable to tell a simple story and drive action based on data and analytical insights.
- Flexible positive and solution focused approach, even in ambiguity.
- A great communicator in English, able to convey your thoughts, ideas and opinions clearly and concisely facetoface or virtually to all levels up and down stream.
