In jouw rol werk je samen met het Leonardo team aan het creëren van een opleidingsplan met interessante activiteiten en impactvolle inhoud voor iedereen binnen het jouw toegewezen gebied ter ondersteuning van de Benelux-business.
Wat kan je van deze functie verwachten?
- Je levert boeiende en impactvolle training, zowel virtueel als klassikaal en on-the-job (het percentage van de tijd kan variëren) over verschillende onderwerpen en aan een divers publiek (intern en extern).
- Je gaat het leeraanbod van jouw scope bevorderen en promoten.
- Je volgt de KPI's op en rapporteert op regelmatige basis over het gebruik van het leerplatform.
- Je helpt bij het opbouwen en versterken van een 'leercultuur'.
- Samen met de Education Managers beoordeel je de trainings
- en inhoudsbehoeften van leerlingen zodat de prestaties verbeteren.
- Je blijft op de hoogte over belangrijke initiatieven, trends, nieuwe tools en strategieën op de markt, ook wat betreft het virtuele aspect.
- Je helpt bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de trainingsstrategieën, initiatieven en leerplannen op de markt.
- Je gaat leerlingen motiveren, coachen en inspireren.
- Je volgt en analyseert de effectiviteit van trainingsoplossingen; verzamelt feedback van de leerlingen en geeft hierover feedback.
- Je beoordeelt en vertaalt gelokaliseerde inhoud voor digitale cursussen binnen de toegewezen scope en het toegewezen gebied;
- Je bereidt elektronische direct mails (EDM) voor om Leonardo intern en extern te promoten.

- Bachelor diploma of equivalent door ervaring
- Kennis optiek is noodzakelijk
- Vloeiende spreek
- en schrijfvaardigheid in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Sterke interesse in storytelling en internationale merken
- Duidelijk begrip van digitale en virtuele leermiddelen
- Uitstekende (virtuele) trainings
- en communicatievaardigheden, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Gemakkelijk contact maakt met een divers publiek en sterk is in stakeholdermanagement
- Ervaring in een retail
- of groothandelomgeving is een plus
- Ervaring in het geven/ontwikkelen van training is een plus.
