Service Delivery Manager

**Functie**:
De Service Delivery Manager staat in voor de operationele aansturing van de afdeling die werkzaam is in heel België. Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitbouwen van je team, het budget en de planning om de vooropgestelde service aan onze klant in de telecom sector te leveren.
**Een greep uit jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je neemt de lead in het extern stakeholdermanagement naar onze klant toe. Je neemt hun belangen ter harte en probeert steeds te streven naar een goede (klant) relatie.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele resultaten van je afdeling en voor de dienstverlening naar onze klanten binnen de afgesproken service levels.
- Je dagdagelijkse takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit het opvolgen van de planning, de efficiëntie en de productie, alsook de financiële opvolging en het uitvoeren van ad hoc analyses en interacties om de operaties te verbeteren.
- Je bewaart het overzicht m.b.t. de actiepunten voor de verschillende projecten en doet de opvolging met de project coördinatoren.
- Je houdt een geconsolideerd overzicht omtrent de capaciteitsnoden voor de uitvoering van de diverse projecten en je werkt proactief om deze noden te anticiperen In samenwerking met jouw collega's ga je op zoek naar de juiste man op de juiste plaats.
- Je neemt de lead in de wekelijkse en maandelijkse operationele meetings.
- Je zorgt voor correcte projectdocumentatie en houdt dit bij.
- Je levert input voor de financiële en kwaliteit rapportering.
**De ideale kandidaat**:
Je bent een **mature manager** die vanuit een **sterke dosis people management **fungeert als motivator voor het team en duidelijke boodschappen (goed of slecht) goed kan overbrengen. Je beschikt over **overtuiging
- en negotiatieskills **om met de klant succesvol samen te werken. Je bent steeds kostenbewust en hebt een sterk **analytisch vermogen** om de financiële opvolging en rapportering van het project nauwkeurig te kunnen doen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van en het toezicht houden van operationele teams.
- Je beheerst de Franse en Nederlandse taal perfect.
- Je hebt ervaring in het aanbrengen van structuur, met project opvolging en het proactief achterna zitten van actiepunten.
- Je hebt affiniteit met operationele processen en houdt er van om processen te verbeteren
- Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel en PowerBI. Kennis over SharePoint is een plus.
- Kennis en/of ervaring in de telecom wereld vormen een mooie plus.
