- Jij bent de creatieve geest achter het opstellen en perfectioneren van offertes die je ontvangt van collega's zoals onze commerciële medewerkers en regiomanager.
- Je houdt toezicht op nieuwe kansen en brengt je verantwoordelijken op de hoogte van potentiële mogelijkheden.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het volledige bestek wordt verkregen en dat de offerte binnen de gestelde termijn wordt ingediend.
- Je deelt belangrijke informatie met verschillende regio's binnen ons bedrijf.
- Je volgt aanvragen op de voet en zorgt ervoor dat alles nauwkeurig wordt afgehandeld.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je beschikt over uitstekende redactionele vaardigheden in het Nederlands. Publieke aanbesteding ou appels d'offres, je kan ook je plan trekken in het Frans.
- Je bent een perfectionist met oog voor detail en gedreven om resultaten te behalen, waarbij je hoge eisen stelt aan jezelf en aan anderen.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma, of je hebt vergelijkbare ervaring in het opstellen van dossiers, met name voor openbare aanbestedingen.
- Communiceren gaat jou natuurlijk af. Je weet wel, iemand die vlot contacten legt met anderen. Empathie zit in je DNA.
