The projects you'll work on are mostly related to the increase of information management awareness and end-user productivity of M365 solutions.

As analyst , you will
  • Be customer-focused, ensuring that our SNCB clients are heard and their needs met within the set governance framework in a fast-changing environment
  • Be able to apply your Jira experience in terms of management functions and dashboard creation
  • Stay-up-to-date on new technologies and toold within M365
  • Involve, guide, support and drive your colleagues to deliver

Requirements
  • A Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Extensive knowledge of M365 is a must
  • You have an analytical mind, you like digging deep into business requirements and to search/analyse until you fully understand the problem
  • Result-driven delivery of M365
  • Proven delivery of M365 projects (such as SharePoint Classification, back-up and clean-up)
  • Experience with AI and GenAI in particularly is an added value
