Accounting & Administrative Officer - High Degree of Autonomy & Flexibility (PT or FT)

- Handling & entry into the systems of sales and purchase invoices (low volume of invoices)
- Issuing of financial reports (mostly expense reports)
- Analytical & project accounting
- Preparation and introduction of requests for EU fundings
- Various administrative tasks
- Help in the implementation of a new accounting system
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, administration or in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an in-house accountant or equivalent
- Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch, other languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel once a month to Switzerland (1 or 2 days).
- Previous experience in the implementation of new accounting tools (ERP system)
- Previous experience with EU grants
- Previous experience in a not-for-profit organization
- Gross salary between 2500€ and 3800€ depending on the number of hours (full-time or part-time) and on your experience
