Your responsibilities
As an AI tech lead, you will:
- Propose pragmatic yet scalable technical solutions to our clients;
- Develop a comprehensive architectural roadmap tailored to each client's needs;
- Navigate beyond Proof of Concept stages to ensure smooth productization;
- Get your hands dirty when needed;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to our team members, fostering inspiration and growth;
- Stay up to date with latest technologies;
- Offer technical direction and establish best practices.
Your qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple AI and Machine Learning projects in production;
- Profound expertise in architecting, deploying and optimizing cloud-based AI solutions at scale;
- Proficient in software development best practices (Python);
- Practical knowledge of MLOps principles;
- Experience with one, preferably multiple cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google);
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Dutch or French is considered as a big plus.
