Solution Architect - Microsoft 365
Votre contribution, vos missions :
En tant que Solution Architect - Microsoft 365, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes
- rechercher, développer et déployer des solutions Microsoft 365, en réponse aux besoins des utilisateurs,
- concevoir, planifier et exécuter des migrations vers Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams),
- concevoir et planifier la gestion des identités (Azure AD) et la synchronisation des annuaires.
- analyser, résoudre et corriger les problèmes de manière indépendante et en temps réel, en assurant la résolution des problèmes de bout en bout.
- travailler en collaboration avec différentes interlocuteurs internes pour maximiser la fonctionnalité de Microsoft 365 et l'expérience des utilisateurs,
- rester à jour sur les fonctionnalités et les capacités de Microsoft 365 (disponibilité, fiabilité, performance, surveillance, sauvegarde et sécurité),
- mener des discussions techniques avec les clients pour orienter les décisions et leur mise en œuvre,
- participer aux examens de conformité et de sécurité, le cas échéant,
- conseiller les clients aux meilleures pratiques et veiller à la compliance des solutions déployées.
Vos expériences et compétences
- titulaire d'un master ou baccalauréat en informatique ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- fort.e d'une expérience probante dans l'administration de grands environnements hybride Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Azure AD),
- capable de mobiliser votre connaissance des technologies de soutien de Microsoft 365 (Active Directory, Azure AD) et des politiques d'accès conditionnel,
- expérimenté dans l'emploi de PowerShell et des scripts pour soutenir l'administration et l'automatisation des technologies AD et Microsoft 365,
- connaisseur des bonnes pratiques de compliance et record management.
