I'm partnered with a scale-up company focused on enhancing e-commerce solutions with the power of modern AI. They're on the mission to transform online shopping by providing smarter, more personalized experiences for consumers.

With a base in Kortrijk and a new satellite office in Ghent, they are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate individuals to join them and make a real impact.

They're currently seeking a talented PHP Developer to join their growing team. You should have strong experience in Laravel, with any other PHP or Symfony background being a strong plus. You should also be motivated to work in a leadership position in the near future and should have strong communication skills in Dutch.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven e-commerce solutions.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of applications.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Provide advice and coaching to more junior members of the team, and also provide detailed feedback to seniors.


Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in PHP development.
  • Proficiency in Laravel; knowledge of Symfony or other PHP frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
