Responsabilité et missions
IT System Engineers who will provide On-site & Calling support to our clients.
  • Supporting End Users
  • Maintain and administrating our clients' network, servers and computers systems
  • Ensure that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security
  • Contribute to troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Work on evolution project
  • Work on technical budget evaluation
What You Will Be Doing
  • Maintaining and configuring the network, servers and computers, including hardware, system software, data storage, applications and VoIP telco.
  • Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security (monitoring internal backups, access controls, VPN IPSEC connection, firewalls and intrusion detection systems ).
  • Be available for the Users to help them to resolve the problems they face in using their workstations environment
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues and outages when they arise
  • Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and
  • Providing technical support when
  • Be part of evolution plan reflection and proposal
  • Contributing to documenting IT infrastructure, assets, software implementation and any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
The System engineer will be part of experienced team and will be flexible & open to a variety of tasks and projects.
To be successful in your job , we would recommend to have an excellent ability to solve problems using your in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions. The best IT Support Engineer will also be a team player, willing to handle all support requests with courtesy, professionalism and patience.
You will directly report to the Team leader.

Profil :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
Very goof French & English (oral and written communication skills)
Knowledge of IUser's environment and IT systems and infrastructure
Basic knowledge of security issues and ways to prevent
Problem-solving aptitude and analytical skill
Autonomous
Able to evolve in a fast-moving environment and bring innovative
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Team
Strong communication

Nice to have :
With or without experience at least (2-3 years)

Pour le profil junior : il y aura une mission de 3 jours semaines à BXL centre (Nation unie). Les autres jours travail de Namur

Pour le profil medior : il y aura une partie de mission sur site chez des clients (principalement en Wallonie) et une partie chez nous au bureau
