Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken
Als ervaren Talent Acquisition Advisor in het Talent Acquisition & Mobility Team binnen het Human Managementteam
  • Beheer je simultaan meerdere rekruteringsprocessen van A tot Z: van behoefteanalyse, redactie van de functiebeschrijving via competentie en waarde georiënteerde interviews tot loononderhandelingen en aanwerving,
  • Je gaat proactief kandidaten zoeken via een diverse kanalen en je stelt hierbij de 'candidate experience' voorop,
  • Je neemt kwalitatieve interviews af, je schrijft kwalitatieve en factuele rapporten,
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers binnen het proces van interne mobiliteit,
  • Je gaat aan de slag als een partner naar je interne en externe hiring managers,
  • Je bouwt mee aan vernieuwende processen en initiatieven,
  • Je werkt mee aan verschillende interne Human Management-projecten, individueel of in samenwerking met andere Human Management collega's,
  • Je draagt als referentie bij aan de teamdoelen en het succes van het volledige Human Management team.

Je ervaring en competenties
  • Je genoot hoger onderwijs en hebt minimum een Bachelor diploma,
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, ervaring in en/of affiniteit met de ICT-sector vormt een troef,
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis over rekruteringsmethodes (STARR) en je bent bekend met concepten zoals assessments, persoonlijkheidstesten,
  • Je hebt uitstekende kennis van sourcing tools (jobboards, LinkedIn, enz.),
  • Je hebt ervaring met de uitrol van Hm-processen,
  • Je bent creatief in het zoeken naar oplossingen,
  • Je relationele capaciteiten zijn zeer sterk,
  • Je bent heel communicatief - schriftelijk als mondeling - en bent vlot tweetalig Nederlands/Frans,
  • Je hebt de capaciteit om zowel autonoom als in teamverband te werken,
  • Je bent leergierig, goed georganiseerd en discreet,
  • Je hebt een 'can do' mentaliteit en je bent resultaatgericht,
  • Je beschikt over een goeie dosis humor.

Deze functie staat niet open voor freelancers noch voor rekruteringspartners.
