We're working with a top growing SaaS company in Antwerp, seeking a talented Lead Frontend Developer to join their growing team. They collaborate with large-scale clients across various booming tech industries, including fintech, healthtech, and e-Commerce.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and possess a strong background in modern frontend technologies such as React and next.js (Angular is a nice to have) and have the willingness to mentor more junior developers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the frontend development team in designing and implementing responsive and user-friendly web applications
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Utilize expertise in Angular or React to develop scalable applications, while also being open to learning and implementing new technologies such as next.js
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is at the ForeFront of technology

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects using Angular or React
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Keen interest in learning and adopting new technologies, particularly next.js and other modern frameworks
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's or higher in an IT-related field
