Xquisit - CRM System Business / Testing Analyst

- Firstly, as a tester, you will be responsible of the testing for the new CRM.
- You will be asked to raise defect when there is an inconsistency and follow-up the defect from A to Z.
- Secondly, you will become an expert of the CRM and will support business to perfectly use this new CRM system.
- A third and final part of the job is to be able to communicate and share your Salesforce expertise with the business in a straightforward way.
Profile
- Experience with Salesforce is a must.
- Experience with Customer Data Management.
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a must.
- Able to create tests, execute tests and raise defects.
- Fluent English. Dutch and French are a plus.
- Structured, Communicative, independent, and analytical.
- Available from June to November 2024 without long holidays (testing takes place in this period).
