TalenCia is seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Platform Owner to oversee and manage client's Microsoft technologies, in the areas of Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint document management, and to supervise client's Move to Azure program. The Senior Platform Owner is part of the Client's HQ team. He will serve as the primary contact for these platforms, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and strategic alignment with business goals.
The ideal candidate is a trilingual (FR, NL, EN) senior profile with an excellent technical background. He is organized and highly professional, but also approachable and cooperative. He is a key player in the creation of coherent ecosystems across the Client's Group and in the management of the IT partners involved.

Education et Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in managing Microsoft platforms including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint. Experience with Azure is a strong plus.
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
Skills: Strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microsoft ecosystem, cloud computing, and enterprise IT infrastructure

RESPONSIBILITIES

Microsoft Fabric
Platform Management & Integration: Administer and be the Client's internal technical referent for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Fabric. Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
Governance : Define and maintain applicable transversal policies & governance
Optimization: Monitor performance and initiate necessary improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Support: Provide technical support and training to users and stakeholders.

Note: Microsoft Fabric is being implemented at Client's with partner support. Daily operational activities will be taken car by another HQ IT team member.

Dynamics 365
Central Platform Management: Administer and be the Client's internal technical referent for the different implementations, configurations, and maintenance of the different Dynamics 365 environment present in the group. Oversee the different custom solutions and workflows within Dynamics 365 that have or are being developed to meet the business needs. Identify & recommend synergies and consolidation across the different environments.
Governance : Define and maintain applicable transversal policies & governance
Data Management: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Dynamics 365.

Note: Different Dynamics 365 environment are being implemented within Client's, with the support of different partners.

Power Platform
Platform Oversight: Oversee the different Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI environments present in the group and how these are sourced and licensed.
Governance : Define and maintain applicable transversal policies & governance
Development: Lead the development and deployment of custom applications and automations using Power Platform.
Reporting: Align with the Power BI expert already present at Client's HQ, in charge of overseeing & guiding the development of business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Innovation: Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements, promoting best practices within the organization.


SharePoint Document Management
Management: Administer and maintain SharePoint environments, focusing on document management solutions.
Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by implementing effective document management governance and sharing practices.
Security: Ensure robust security measures and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Training: Educate users or IT teams on best practices for document management within SharePoint.


Move to Azure Program
Primary Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Move to Azure program.
Migration Strategy: Contribute and consolidate the development of migration strategies to transition on-premises systems to Azure.
Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes.
Optimization: Post-migration, optimize Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance for Azure-related initiatives and operations.

Note: Our Move to Azure Program will be entirely managed with the support of a managed cloud service provider.

Governance and Policies
Governance: Create, maintain, and audit the governance and policies of the platform services.
Center of Excellence: Setup and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) for the platform services.
Roadmap Definition: Define the transversal evolution roadmap and contribute to the transversal group strategy.


Supervision and Guidance
Steering and Guidance: Supervise, steer, and guide entities in their platform implementations.
Operational Activities: Follow up on operational activities performed for Client's HQ (through Client's resources or partners).

Project and Vendor Management
Project Management: Manage evolution projects (transversal and local for C Client's FE HQ).
Vendor Management: Manage Microsoft and other potential vendors.
Service Providers: Manage the service providers (providing consultancy, professional services, or managed services).

Stakeholder Engagement
Single Point of Contact: Be the SPOC at Client's Group level for key users/ambassadors and align with the IT Manager who assures the local SPOC role.

Financial Management
Budget Assistance: Assist in the yearly budget cycle and monitor the spending actuals for budget entries managed at the group level.

Collaboration and Backup
Peering and Backup: Collaborate with and assure backup roles for other Microsoft owners at Client's HQ (security + modern workplace)
