Actuellement, nous recherchons un Database Administrator pour assurer le support, l'optimisation et la maintenance des bases de données au sein d'un environnement dynamique.

En quoi consiste la fonction ?
  • Assurer le support de 2e et 3e ligne pour les bases de données.
  • Coordonner la résolution des incidents avec les équipes IT et les fournisseurs externes.
  • Suivre les performances des bases de données via des outils standards.
  • Gérer le setup, le monitoring et la maintenance des bases de données.
  • Proposer et défendre des initiatives d'amélioration.
  • Formuler des recommandations techniques pour une gestion optimale et sécurisée des bases de données.
  • Préparer et exécuter les déploiements ainsi que les plans de back-out.
  • Définir et mettre en place des standards pour assurer la pérennité des bases de données.
Profil recherché
Qu'attendons-nous du candidat idéal ?
  • Expérience significative en administration de bases de données (minimum 5 ans).
  • Expérience prouvée avec les bases de données Oracle et SQL (minimum 5 ans).
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements virtualisés.
  • Expérience démontrée en réalisation et exécution de scripts.
  • Expérience prouvée avec Windows Server et Unix/Linux.
  • Expérience dans un environnement d'entreprise similaire (plus de 2000 utilisateurs).
  • Expertise en mise en place, optimisation et monitoring des systèmes de bases de données.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de haute disponibilité (DRP/HA) (Nice to have).
  • Excellente connaissance des solutions de Backup (Nice to have).
  • Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais.
  • Disponible à Gosselies au moins deux jours par semaine, avec télétravail partiel possible.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et coordination technique.
  • Capacité à synthétiser et communiquer avec des équipes techniques et le management.
  • Orientation client et solution, bon communicateur, flexible et team player.
