Als marktleider in Software Testing zijn we continu op zoek naar Test Managers om ons team te versterken.

Bij CTG geven we je alle kansen om je als Test Manager verder te ontplooien. Afhankelijk van je eigen ambities en interesses krijg je de kans om samen met je persoonlijke coach je carrière binnen CTG verder uit te bouwen.

Functieomschrijving
Als Test Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de Test strategie en planning. Daarbij onderhoud je een goed contact met de business en rapporteer je over alle test activiteiten. Je hebt steeds oog voor het opvolgen van planningen, risico's en budgetten.

Je bent een schakelfiguur die de verschillende teamleden aanstuurt. Alsook zorg je voor de nodige coaching.

Je kijkt kritisch naar het testproces en voert verbetervoorstellen door. Daarnaast waak je over mogelijke opportuniteiten om het testingproces bijkomend te automatiseren. Waar nodig adviseer je over tooling en toolintegratie en bied je steun bij de implementatie ervan.

Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor het testteam, denkt met hen mee en begeleidt hen doorheen het project.

Profiel
Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring als Test Coördinator of reeds ervaring met het schrijven van Master Test Plannen, het uitwerken en implementeren van test strategieën binnen Waterfall en Agile projecten.

Je hebt kennis van/ervaring met risk, budget en resource management. Daarnaast kan je volgende test management tools gebruiken: Quality Center/Octane, Atlassian Jira en Xray, Azure DevOps, alsook klanten hierover adviseren.

Je kan een team aansturen in een context die continu evolueert. Hierbij doe je beroep op jouw management- en coachingskills,

Je bent probleemoplossend, diplomatisch ingesteld en streeft naar een optimale verhouding tussen je team, de klant en CTG. Daarbij kan je vertrouwen op je uitstekende communicatie- en rapportagevaardigheden.

Je communiceert vlot, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling en dit zowel in het Engels en Nederlands of Frans.

Je past je snel aan in een nieuwe werkomgeving en bent voldoende flexibel qua werklocatie.
