Context of the mission
The Solutions Architect will independently lead and deliver analytics-focused projects while enhancing data and analytics capabilities. This role requires technical expertise to design and implement robust solutions, emphasizing data integration, engineering, and Storage. The position involves hands-on execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and comprehensive documentation, including platform qualifications and validation.

Key responsibilities
Core requirements
  • Deliver end-to-end analytics projects with a focus on timely and high-quality outcomes
  • Design and implement optimal analytics solution architectures aligned with organizational needs and strategic goals
  • Prepare compliance documentation, including validation and qualification of platforms and analytics use cases
  • Ensure deliverables adhere to governance, security, and organizational standards
  • Identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions across applications

Preferred qualifications
  • Deep understanding of analytics architecture best practices, including data flows, value chains, and cloud-based platforms
  • Familiarity with use cases in sectors like life sciences, including insights for research and development, compliance reporting, etc.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency required) to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • A collaborative, results-oriented mindset to drive project success

Technical expertise
Essential skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Informatica or SAS DI for building data pipelines and integration
  • Advanced experience with Snowflake for cloud data warehousing and analytics
  • Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Fabric's data engineering and integration tools, with a focus on scalable workflows and ETL pipelines
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing modern, cloud-based analytics solutions
