Our client is embarking on a 3 year mission to fully remap its commercial core. This includes the upgrade of the current SAP estate to S4/HANA, a review of the current Salesforce implementation, the implementation of a new energy market connector and a move to event-driven-architecture.
As the Program Manager, you will be reporting to the IT Director in charge and be end-to-end responsible for project governance, planning, execution, closing and hand-over of the program.
You will work closely with many stakeholders on business side (Retail, B2B, Finance, Production & HR) IT side (architecture, PMO, delivery & operations) and with different suppliers working on the program.

Tasks
  • Project Planning: Create project plans with scope, goals, deliverables, resources, organization, timelines, and budget.
  • Work with key stakeholders to set project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Manage and negotiate between multiple suppliers and vendors for the program.
  • Report project progress and updates to all levels, including the executive committee.
  • Scope management: help prioritize correctly and resolve conflicts between the program and BAU.
  • Risk Management: Find project risks and plan how to deal with potential issues.
  • Track and handle project budget throughout the project.
  • Keep complete project documentation, such as project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project evaluation.

Competences & background
  • 10+ years of experience in management of large transformation programs (Multi-year, Multi-vendor, multi 10M€ budgets)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You have strong communication skills and are able to advice and interact with all levels of management
  • You have strong organizational skills, to manage and prioritize work and initiatives under deadlines and you have experience with Agile way of working.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively at all levels.
  • You are business proficient in English + Dutch and/or French.
  • Project Management certifications are an advantage
