Wat ga je doen

Als SAP Area Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de technische / applicatieve en transactionele processen binnen Retail, Finance en Supply Chain (SAP retail) en hierin de rol van area lead opnemen met betrekking tot het domein O2C . Je zorgt voor een vlotte en doeltreffende businessondersteuning binnen jouw scope en focust daarbij op het stroomlijnen en optimaliseren van processen en tools. Jouw doel? De efficiëntie van de E2E Supply Chain naar een hoger niveau tillen en bijdragen aan de strategische en financiële groei van Delhaize. Met een speciale focus op O2C-processen, die de basis vormen voor alle andere functionele processen, speel je een sleutelrol in het succes van onze organisatie.


O2C: Order to Cash = Alle technische en functionele outbound flows (Bestellingen van de winkelpunten) van distributiecentra tot in de winkel en de financiële reconciliatie/ billing nadien.



• Plannen, organiseren en managen van de betreffende area. Dit zowel wat betreft staffing en workload balancing (in overleg met de andere area leads en de team manager) als processen. Op die manier garandeer je een efficiënte en effectieve afdelingsstructuur en werkklimaat.

• Ondersteuning bieden aan projecten als SAP Process Expert en woordvoerder zijn van je area, teneinde de rol van operations te vertegenwoordigen in alle projecten en bij te dragen tot de realisatie van de projecten binnen budget, op tijd en in lijn met de strategie.

• Opstellen en opvolgen van KPI's en ontwikkelen van een gezamelijke rapportering, teneinde visibiliteit te creëren naar alle stakeholders inzake status, stabiliteit, volledigheid en performantie.

• Coördineren en prioritiseren van aanvragen van de verschillende business operations (Logistiek, Supply Chain, Replenishment, Finance, ) om zo een efficiënte en adequate ondersteuning te bieden die zich richt op de belangrijkste en meest urgente requests.

• Het oplossen van complexe incidenten vanuit een sterke operationele en technisch applicatieve kennis en in coördinatie met Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Finance en Retail teneinde de experts en specialisten te ondersteunen in het aanbieden van deskundige oplossingen voor vraagstukken, verbeteringen of problemen.

• Proactief opvolgen van relevante (markt)ontwikkelingen in het eigen domein en uitwisselen van kennis met vakgenoten binnen en buiten de organisatie.

Wie ben jij

Opleiding

• Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring


Ervaring

• Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in Supply Chain of financiële processen

• Gedreven operationele kennis over retail processen

• Doorgedreven kennis van SAP SD processen (O2C)


Vaardigheden

• Je bent pragmatisch, hands-on

• Je beschikt over zeer sterke analytische vaardigheden

• Stakeholdermanagement is jou niet vreemd

• Kennis van de verschillende Business user Applicaties (SAP retail, Oracle Service Now, Jira, HP ALM, BI reporting tools, )

• Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office

• LEAN green belt

• Je bent resultaatsgericht

• Je beschikt over de nodige portie presentatieskills

• Je durft je kritisch op te stellen en anderen te challengen

• Je bent Nederlands- of Franstalig en spreekt de andere taal goed. Je beschikt daarnaast over een vlotte kennis van het Engels
