What's in a workday?
  • As a lead developer, you are the key figure between management and the development team.
  • You support, motivate, and coach your team and proactively make suggestions to improve functionality.
  • You are responsible for the management and development of software applications.
  • You support and coach the development team and proactively make suggestions to improve functionality.
  • You oversee the technical execution and quality of the programming work.
  • You provide the necessary input for the implementation, testing, planning, and documentation strategy.
  • Perform documentation tasks and testing according to the required quality and security standards.
  • Thanks to your organizational talent, the work is completed on time, and you always have a helicopter view of your work and that of your team.

What are your skills?
Your Hardware:
  • You have a couple of years of experience in software development and are motivated to become a lead for a small team.
  • You are familiar with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC.
  • WCF, HTML, JavaScript, and JQuery hold few secrets for you.
  • You have a good knowledge of DevExpress, DevExtreme, and Identity Server OAuth.
