De functie
- Uitwerken van de groepsbrede OT-securitystrategie en op punt zetten van de policies.
- Bepalen en prioriteren van cybersecuritymaatregelen op basis van risicoanalyses.
- Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een cybersecurityplan en zorgen voor de correcte implementatie van security policies op de verschillende sites.
- Opvolgen van kwetsbaarheden (Cve's - Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) en implementeren van passende maatregelen.
- Ontwerpen en implementeren van oplossingen om de cybersecuritygraad te verhogen.
- Reviewen van firewallbeveiliging en netwerksegmentatie binnen OT-omgevingen.
- Trainen van collega's en stakeholders in OT-beveiliging, inclusief bewustwording rondom cybersecurity.
- Je werkt vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Ninove of Haaltert en je hebt de mogelijkheid om internationaal te reizen (geschat 10-20% van de tijd).
- Bachelor of Master in Automatisering, IT of een gerelateerde technische richting, met minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Ervaring met OT-security en netwerkmonitoringtools (bijv. Sinec NMS, Nozomi, Claroty, Octoplant).
- Ervaring met industriële automatisering en cybersecuritystandaarden zoals ISA 99, IEC 62443, ISO27001 en NIS2-wetgeving.
- Grondige kennis van OT-systemen (bijv. Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1500 PLC's, SCADA-systemen).
- Kennis van netwerkinfrastructuur, virtualisatie en OT-protocollen (PROFINET, OPC-UA).
- Je hebt sterke Leiderschapsvaardigheden om standaarden op te zetten en implementatie te bevorderen.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht, hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en een pragmatische aanpak.
