PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

  • Lead and organize the verification, integration, and testing activities of a Signaling project to ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Safety Assurance Manager to define V&V strategy for safety-critical aspects.
  • Manage the V&V team, subcontractors, and project activities to deliver validated solutions efficiently.
  • Represent Alstom in interactions with customers, partners, and auditors regarding test strategy and progress.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define project V&V strategy and activity schedule in the V&V Plan.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and norms while managing verification and validation of technical requirements.
  • Organize documental verification, reviews, and function validation.
  • Manage project verification team deliverables and independence from design.

Performance Management:

  • CPI (Coverage Progress Indicator)
  • DQI (Delivery Quality Indicator)

Cooperation and support for Root Cause Analysis

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Graduated
  • Proficient in English

Desirable:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field.

Experience

Mandatory:

  • Analytical skills and experience in test & integration or system engineering.
  • Knowledge of Alstom platforms.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of design processes, engineering background, and at least 5 years in relevant positions.
  • Knowledge of multiple Alstom platforms for system-level projects.
