key responsibilities

The Project engineeris responsible of the coordination of projects withinthe CAPEX team. This responsibility covers :

monitoring projects independently from A to Z, from project preparation, construction, validation to the final handover

being responsible for drawingup cost calculations, following up the budgets duringeach stage of the work.

being responsible for drawing up planning, following-up during each phase of theprojects- negotiating with subcontractors and partners

planning meetings with customers and maintain communication

being responsible for directing subcontractors and our own site managers

monitoring the quality of the executionand ensure that the safetyregulations are observed

being the Subject MatterExpert covering any questions relatedto project management

participating to equipment qualification protocols/reports review in order to ensure regulatory compliance

ensuring cGMP implementation through Gosselies quality system and feeds continuous qualityimprovement

documenting your work according to current procedures and GMP

being involved in preparation and executionof any audits/inspection linked to your scope ofactivities

feeding andsupportinginitiativesin Environment Healthand Safety protecting life and well being

qualifications

At least,Engineerin Science (e.g. : in electromechanics, bioengineeringRelevantexperience in a similar positionin the sector of Biotech/Pharma/Cell therapyVery good writingskills in French and EnglishComputerskills:MicrosoftOffice and projectmanagement softwareResult-oriented in order to bring the projects to a successful conclusionProject management certification is a plusRecognized seniority expertise of GMP requirementsKnowledge of continuous improvement tools.Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesEfficient communicator and sense of ethicQuality minded, rigorous and customer orientedDemonstrated cross functional team spirit.
