We zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde verkoopmedewerker die ons Kipling-team in Antwerpen komt versterken.

Als verkoopmedewerker inspireer je onze klanten, lever je een uitstekende service en help je om de hoogste standaarden te handhaven op onze werkvloer.

Over de functie zelf

Bij ons hebben verkoopmedewerkers een geweldige mogelijkheid om hun volledige potentieel te ontketenen. Dat komt doordat we de ondersteuning van een wereldwijde organisatie bieden en onze mensen ook aanmoedigen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen op winkelniveau.

Hoe maak jij het verschil?

We verwachten dat onze verkoopmedewerkers een onvergetelijke winkelervaring leveren door:

  • de allerbeste klantenservice te bieden en ervoor te zorgen dat alle klanten met respect worden behandeld.
  • een grondige kennis van de producten in de winkel te ontwikkelen.
  • merchandisingnormen te handhaven in overeenstemming met de merkrichtlijnen.
  • op de hoogte te blijven van de huidige trends en de plaats van het merk in de markt.
  • alle operationele procedures in de winkel en het magazijn te volgen.

Wat maakt jou de perfecte verkoopmedewerker?

  • Je houdt ervan om met klanten te communiceren. Je geeft een goed voorbeeld aan de rest van het team met je praktijkgerichte mentaliteit, enthousiasme en passie voor het leveren van een fantastische klantervaring.
  • Je hebt een positieve 'can do'-houding bij alle situaties in de winkel.
  • Je hebt passie voor ons merk, mode en de detailhandel in het algemeen.
  • Je kunt vloeiend schriftelijk en mondeling communiceren in zowel het Dutch als het Engels.
  • Je bent flexibel als het gaat om werken in het weekend, 's avonds en op feestdagen als dat nodig is.

Ervaring zou geweldig zijn, maar is niet noodzakelijk. Wat het belangrijkst is, is dat je onze begeleidende principes naleeft en toont: leef met integriteit, handel met moed, wees nieuwsgierig, handel met empathie en wees volhardend.
