Als Junior Trade Marketing Manager werk je nauw samen met de Trade Marketing Manager en
Je definieert een optimaal assortiment per kanaal en retailer, stippelt schapstrategieën uit die het gedrag van de shopper weerspiegelen. Je houdt je bezig met secundaire plaatsing, schapuitvoering en dynamische in-store communicatie om het kernassortiment en innovaties onder de aandacht te brengen, zowel offline als online.Je werkt nauw samen met de Key Account Managers om samen klantenplannen op te stellen die in overeenstemming zijn met het Picture of Success, waarbij je een grondige analyse maakt van de categorie- en assortimentsgegevens van de klant om kansen te ontdekken.Je doet aanbevelingen voor planogrammen op basis van schap- en assortimentsstrategieën en zorgt voor een naadloze implementatie en afstemming op merchandisingvoorstellen. Daarnaast stimuleer je dynamische samenwerkingen met de belangrijkste retailers om het Online Picture of Success vorm te geven.Je werkt nauw samen met het Field Sales Team om doelstellingen te bepalen voor schappen en secundaire displays. Je zorgt voor een uitstekende uitvoering door realtime tracking via Perfect Store Scorecard, terwijl je een brug slaat tussen Trade Marketing en Field Sales met duidelijke, bruikbare aanbevelingen.-
