belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
Je bent samen met je collega's medeverantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van alle Belgische groepsmaatschappijen.
Je beheert hiervan één of meerdere vennootschappen autonoom en hiervoor:
doe je dagdagelijkse verwerkingen (zoals bankverrichtingen,verwerking aankoopfacturen, diverse boekingen en leveranciersadministratie) werk je mee aan de maandelijkse, kwartaal en jaarafsluiting en de bijbehorende groepsrapporteringen en dit binnen strikte deadlines. bereid je de audit dossiers voor en beantwoord je vragen van de externe auditors speel je een actieve rol bij de voorbereiding van fiscale aangiften (vennootschapsbelasting en btw) ben je het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's met vragen rond de boekhouding van jouw vennootschap(pen), zowel vanuit de business als vanuit controlling Je rapporteert aan de finance manager. Binnen het accounting team krijg je ook een aantal functionele verantwoordelijkheden en/of specialismen. Hiervoor ben jij de trekker in procesbeschrijving, opvolging en implementatie naar het gehele team. Tevens ben je ook het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's in deze specialismen. Bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen (zowel wettelijke als andere) herbekijk je het proces en zorg je voor een update naar je teamleden indien van toepassing. jouw aanbod Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma richting accounting, mogelijks aangevuld met enkele jaren ervaring in een grote (diensten)onderneming Je hebt een sterk logisch en analytisch vermogen Je bent op de hoogte van de courante btw en fiscale wetgeving alsook sociale wetgeving gezien onze sector, of wil hierin groeien Je legt zowel accuratesse en stressbestendigheid aan de dag Je bent pro-actief en hebt oog voor deadlines en werkprocessen Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en beschikt over de nodige flexibiliteit Je bent een teamplayer en kan zelfstandig werken. Je hebt zin voor initiatief en bezit een hands-on mentaliteit Je bent informatica minded en hebt een goede kennis van Google Suite toepassingen Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands, Frans) en hebt goede noties van het Engels (mondeling & schriftelijk) Je hebt 1-3 jaar ervaringons aanbod Aantrekkelijke brutoloon, afhankelijk van uw ervaringGroepsverzekeringHospitalisatieverzekeringMaaltijdcheques ter waarde van 7 euro bruto per werkdagKilometervergoeding of bedrijfswagenNetto-onkostenvergoeding van € 8013e maandOpleiding Freelance tarieven zijn ook beschikbaar.
